From January 1st, 2020 our Standard charge, will remain at a competitive rate of £31.00 per day for 1 dog/cat, plus our 30% agency fee. This rate increases depending on the number of additional pets to be cared for and the amount of work involved.
There is no charge for the preliminary visit, apart from the sitter’s mileage, which is calculated at 40 pence per mile. However, if they travel by public transport the client will be responsible for paying their fare. We do, however, have sitters throughout the South of England, so mileage costs should be minimal. Once your postal code is obtained, your sitter will calculate their travelling costs, which is capped at £50.00 per round trip and you will be informed before the preliminary visit takes place.
There are NO hidden extras for our clients, such as an administration fee, or food allowance, so please contact us for further information. Bank holiday supplements will incur a £25.00 supplement and the rate will be double over the festive period.
We also charge a £3.00 daily supplement for the care of puppies (up to six months old) and dogs/cats with mobility and incontinence problems.
Our 5% discount applies to our AGENCY fee only and excludes the sitter’s charge. Neither can our 5% discount be exceeded.
Discounts apply to clients with adopted pets, although we do request a copy of the adopted certificate to qualify, clients who recommend a friend who makes a booking with us and senior citizens over 65.
We are now offering a 5% discount for bookings over four weeks duration.
Should your booking be cancelled an administration fee of £30.00 will be payable. Please refer to our terms and conditions on the back of your invoice for full details.
Please note that we do not provide weekend or short-term care during high summer (May – September) since we are extremely busy during this period and the minimum booking is seven days. We also have a minimum booking of four days out of season (October – April).
